    Default GWL11 Fault codes

    My washer has been acting funny so I came here and found out about the sheet under the controller.

    I did the tests and I have a fault code. ( 16 ) It is not listed though.

    The lights are:

    from the left. the 5th wash light and the rinse light.

    For example the 0 is a lighted led.

    * * * * 0 0 * *

    I can't find that code anywhere.

    Thanks,
    Dennis

    Default Fault codes

    We used the machine last night and it appears to be fine. The situation was that the water was filling and pumping out at the same time. That happened at least twice in a row but then started working properly. Is there anything I can check? Perhaps clean or lubricate some sticking part? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Dennis

    Please read the information above, as it clearly explains the fault code and action to take. If the machine is functional, keep an eye on it, It sounds like a water valve is sticking. If you see this condition (filling uncontrollably) simply unplug the machine. If, after doing so, the water continues to flow, you have a physical problem with one of the inlet valves. If this is the case, replace BOTH of them as a set.
