My 8 year old washing machine has given my first bit of trouble recently. Initially, smoke was coming from under the control panel. When I removed it, the cold water solenoid had a burn mark in it. After ordering that part from you and replacing it, the machine continued to give me a fault code 50. Upon measuring the resistance on the hot water solenoid, I realized it was open and ordered and replaced that one as well. Now both are reading the proper resistance (64 ohms) but I am still getting fault code 50 on the control panel and am unable to use the machine. Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
